My card is due to expire When will I receive a replacement card?
We will send you a replacement card within 10 business days of your current card expiring. If you do not receive a replacement card, you can let us know via our online chat so we can assist you .
You can use your current card up to the last day of the expiry month indicated on your card. If you have your card set up in your digital wallet, you can continue to pay using your device even before your replacement card arrives.
