Yes, you can use your card to withdraw cash from any ATM where Mastercard is accepted. The withdrawn amount is deducted from your available credit limit. Cash withdrawals do not qualify for any Interest Free Period and will attract interest at the Cash Advance Rate from the date of the transaction plus a Cash Advance Fee.
