1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are hummÂŽ90 Platinum MastercardÂŽ holders. Entrants must be trading in accordance with the terms and conditions of the hummÂŽ90 Platinum MastercardÂŽ (“Terms of Useâ) throughout the Competition Period (defined below).
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
4. Entries into the competition open at 12:00am AEDT on 12/12/2025 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on 23/12/2025 (âCompetition Periodâ).
5. To enter, individuals must, during the Competition Period:
a) register by completing the following steps:
i. click the registration link within the promotional email provided by the Promoter; or
ii. visit https://www.humm90.com/au/12days and follow the prompts to the registration page, input the email address associated with their hummÂŽ90 account and submit the fully completed entry form; and
b) make an eligible purchase using their hummÂŽ90 Platinum MastercardÂŽ at any retailer (either in-store or online) (âQualifying Transactionâ). No minimum spend is required.
6. For clarity, an entrant can register at any time during the Competition Period. It is also the entrantâs responsibility to ensure that their contact details associated with their hummÂŽ90 Platinum MastercardÂŽ account are up to date.
7. The Promoter is offering bonus entries during the Competition Period as provided in the table below. For example, on Day 2 of the Competition Period, one (1) Qualifying Transaction will entitle an entrant to two (2) entries and on Day 3 of the Competition Period, one (1) Qualifying Transaction will entitle an entrant to three (3) entries and so on, with one (1) Qualifying Transaction on Day 12 of the Competition Period entitling an entrant to twelve (12) entries.

8. The Promoter may also, in its absolute discretion, offer additional bonus entries on selected days during the Competition Period, which will be advertised by the Promoter to entrants ahead of time. During these selected days, individuals will receive fifteen (15) entries for each Qualifying Transaction.
9. Eligible card spend transactions include card transactions and do not include cash advances, balance transfer transactions, long-term finance purchases, long-term interest free finance purchases, fixed payment plans, IKEA card swipe transactions over AU$250, electronic funds transfer and BPAY online payments.
10. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualified Transaction, subject to the bonus entries referred to in clauses 7 and 8 above; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements. For the removal of doubt, there is no minimum spend required for each Qualifying Transaction. Transactions may take up to three (3) days to clear. To be clear, individuals will only need to opt in/register once during the Competition Period. Once registered, each Qualifying Transaction made by the individual during the Competition Period will entitle the individual to an entry.
11. Any entries received for Qualifying Transactions that have been cancelled or refunded during the Competition Period and up until the time of the draw will be deemed invalid.
12. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrantâs identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the competition. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
13. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
14. Incomplete, indecipherable or ineligible entries will be deemed invalid.
15. The draw will take place at the Promoterâs office, Level 1, 121 Harrington Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 on 12/01/2026 at 11:00am AEDT. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winner will be notified by telephone and email within seven (7) days and their details (first initial, last name and postcode) will be published online at https://www.humm90.com/au/12days from 19/01/2026.
16. The Promoterâs decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. The first valid entry drawn will win AU$5,000 cash.
18. The second valid entry drawn will win AU$3,000 cash.
19. The third valid entry drawn will win AU$2,000 cash.
20. Prizes will be awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer (âEFTâ) into the winnersâ nominated bank account once they have been verified as a valid winner. Winners must claim their prize by 10.59am AEDT on 20/04/2026.Â
21. At the time of notification, winners will be requested to provide their nominated bank account details to the Promoter. Winners are responsible for providing full and accurate bank account details. The Promoter will not be responsible for incorrect details being provided, any rejection of an EFT payment, or any costs associated with locating any lost monies. If a winner does not provide bank details by the date requested by Promoter, this may result in payments being delayed.
22. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize by/at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
23. Total prize pool value is AU$10,000.
24. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable, unless otherwise specified.
25. A draw for any unclaimed prizes, may take place on 20/04/2026 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winner, if any, will be notified by email and telephone within seven (7) days, and their details (first initial, last name and postcode) will be published online at https://www.humm90.com/au/12days from 27/04/2026 .
26. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
27. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website or their hummÂŽ90 account is the entrantâs responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
28. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
29. If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate.
30. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (âNon-Excludable Guaranteesâ). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition.
31. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoterâs control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use/taking of the prize.
32. The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.humm90.com/au/privacy-policy/. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoterâs Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia.
